Where possible, we source local Scottish produce, but when necessary, we import some of the more specialist produce from Holland, France and other European countries.

Charles Stamper, our buyer, makes daily trips to the Glasgow market to select the best possible products for our customers. Charles is also in touch with other markets throughout Europe to source products we can not obtain locally.
